We have a pragmatic approach to Project Management. All paid work  really deserves consideration and planning. Stakeholders and business users have their own jobs to do, so we believe that by bringing sound practises to the table and reporting to our project sponsor in a timely manner, helps get the project completed. There are often hiccoughs along the path of any project, and these need to be overcome. Experience and resilience with a flexible approach can see the project in on time, and within cost.
